Description

Sandra R. Rozar O.D. is an optometrist at the Wilmer Eye Institute, specializing in comprehensive eye examinations for children and adults, the diagnosis and management of ocular diseases, contact lens fitting and pre and post-surgical care. Dr. Rozar has extensive expertise in determining candidacy for vision correction procedures such as LASIK, advanced surface treatment and refractive lens exchange. In addition, she assists in the treatment and management of glaucoma-related eye disease.Dr. Rozar received her O.D. degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry (now Salus University), where she was named a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa National Honor Society. Her training included internships in pediatrics, where she was awarded the Lynch Pediatric Award of Clinical Excellence, in visual rehabilitation and ocular disease management at the Eye Institute in Philadelphia and at the William Feinbloom Vision Rehabilitation Center.
